Kerala University of Fisheries & Ocean Studies (KUFOS), Kochi invites applications for filling up of temporary vacancies of Director, Project Scientists/Research Associates, Research Fellows, Technical Assistants and Technical Assistants (Data Entry Operator) to the various plan projects in this University. The last date for receipt of applications is 12th June 2017.

Educational Qualifications:

Project Scientist/ Research Associate -> Post Graduate with Ph.d in concerned discipline. Desirable – A minimum of two years of Research Experience.

Research Fellow -> Post Graduate in required discipline.

Technical Assistant -> Bachelor of Science Degree in concerned discipline.

Director -> First Class Post Graduate Degree in Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering/ Food Technology or Post Graduate in Fisheries (with specialization in Aquaculture/ Mariculture/ Hatchery operations/ Fish Processing Technology) / M.Sc. (Agri.) or B.F.Sc./B.Sc. (Agri.)/ B.Tech. in Food Technology/Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering with MBA. Ph.D. in the concerned subject or equivalent publications. A minimum of 10 years of Research/ Teaching/ Training/ Administrative Experience in a National or International Institute or in a reputed Company with more than 300 employees.

Technical Assistant (Data Entry Operator) -> Degree in Computer Science (Experience in data entry operation/ certificate in data entry).
