Important Instructions:-

1. Administration. Candidates are advised to bring sufficient eatables and drinking water with them since recruitment is a time-consuming process.

2. Candidates will be permitted entry into the rally site only on the production of Admit Card in duplicate generated online through the official website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. Anyone found with fake admit card will be handed over to Civil Police.

3. Recruitment into the Army is a free service. Candidates are advised not to pay bribe to anyone for recruitment as it is based purely on merit. The selection process during recruitment at all stages is computerized and transparent. Therefore, candidates are advised to beware of touts as they cannot help them at any stage.

4. Candidates are advised to check their age & education criteria before participating in the rally. Candidates found under age/overage and not meeting education criteria will be disqualified.

5. Giving / taking bribe, production of bogus/fake certificates and indulging in unfair means is a criminal offense and liable for punishment under the law.

6. Certificates with overwriting, tampering of seals or erasing/ alteration of any type will not be accepted

भविष्य निधि (पीएफ) निकासी नियम 2019: ईपीएफओ इन मामलों में आंशिक / समय से पहले निकासी की अनुमति देता है

नई दिल्ली: कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन (EPFO), कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि नियामक, में समय से पहले निकासी की सुविधा है, जिसके साथ भविष्य निधि शेष से निश्चित अनुपात निकाला जा सकता है। हालांकि, व्यक्तिगत को केवल बेरोजगारी के मामले को छोड़कर परिपक्वता के पूरा होने से पहले भविष्य निधि खाते से आंशिक राशि निकालने की अनुमति है।

ईपीएफओ के अनुसार, बच्चे के विवाह, उनकी उच्च शिक्षा, गृह ऋण की अदायगी, चिकित्सा की शर्तों, घर के नवीकरण, घर की खरीद या निर्माण, जमीन की खरीद और एक निश्चित अवधि में व्यक्ति भविष्य निधि शेष को वापस लेने के पात्र हैं। सेवानिवृत्ति से पहले की उम्र।

भविष्य निधि (पीएफ) निकासी नियम 2019

बेरोजगारी: ईपीएफ के नवीनतम नियमों के अनुसार, एक व्यक्ति को नौकरी छोड़ने के एक महीने के लिए बेरोजगार होने पर कुल ईपीएफ शेष राशि का 75 प्रतिशत तक निकालने की अनुमति है। यदि व्यक्ति दो महीने से अधिक समय तक बेरोजगार रहता है, तो ईपीएफ शेष राशि का शेष 25 प्रतिशत वापस लिया जा सकता है।
सेवानिवृत्ति: 54 वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने और सेवानिवृत्ति के एक वर्ष के भीतर / सेवानिवृत्ति (जो भी पहले हो) के बाद, एक व्यक्ति भविष्य निधि शेष का 90 प्रतिशत तक वापस लेने के लिए पात्र है।
बच्चों की शादी / शिक्षा: बच्चों के विवाह या पोस्ट मैट्रिक शिक्षा के उद्देश्य के लिए मौद्रिक आवश्यकता के मामले में, आप कर्मचारी के हिस्से का 50 प्रतिशत हिस्सा ब्याज के साथ-साथ 7 साल पूरा होने के बाद ही निकाल सकते हैं।
विकलांग: विकलांग लोगों के मामले में, ईपीएफओ निकाय विकलांगों के खाते में कठिनाई को कम करने के लिए उपकरण खरीदने के लिए ईपीएफ शेष राशि से आंशिक निकासी की अनुमति देता है। इसके तहत, कोई व्यक्ति छह महीने के मूल वेतन और महंगाई भत्ते (डीए) या कर्मचारियों के हिस्से को ब्याज या उपकरण की लागत के साथ निकाल सकता है, जो भी कम से कम हो।
बीमारी: कुछ मामलों में बीमारी के इलाज के लिए व्यक्ति ईपीएफ बैलेंस से आंशिक निकासी के लिए आवेदन कर सकता है। स्व-उपयोग के लिए या परिवार के सदस्यों के इलाज के लिए, ईपीएफओ किसी व्यक्ति को 6 महीने की मूल मजदूरी और डीए या कर्मचारी के हिस्से को ब्याज सहित वापस लेने की अनुमति देता है, जो भी सबसे कम हो।
ऋण चुकौती: गृह ऋण ईएमआई के पुनर्भुगतान के लिए, एक व्यक्ति 36 महीने की मूल मजदूरी और कर्मचारी और नियोक्ता के कुल या ब्याज और कुल बकाया मूलधन और ब्याज के साथ हिस्सा लेने के लिए पात्र है, जो भी कम से कम है, केवल 10 साल पूरा करने के बाद सदस्यता की अवधि।
