Eligibility Criteria -
For Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs) - Two Years Integrated Post Graduate M.Sc Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject OR Master’s Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the following subjects. B.Ed or equivalent degree from a recognized University. Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English medium.
For Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs) - Four years integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate OR Bachelor’s Degree with atleast 50% marks in the concerned subject/combination of subject and in aggregate. Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) Paper-II, conducted by CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose. Knowledge of Computer Applications.
For Primary Teacher (PRT) - Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent. Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by the CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose. Competence to teach through Hindi & English medium. Knowledge of Computer Applications.
Age Limits - As on 31.10.2017
For Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs) - 40 years
For Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs) - 35 years
For Primary Teacher (PRT) - 30 years
Age Relaxation -
For SC/ST Candidates - 5 years
For OBC Candidates - 3 years
For Female Candidates - 10 years

Selection Process -
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in written examination and interview put together.
The KVS reserves the right to decide the cut off marks in written examination and interview separately.
Application Fee -
Candidates have to pay Rs.750/- as application fee.
No fee is required to be paid by candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH categories and Ex-Servicemen candidates.
Fee have to be paid online through Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card.
